cīra-vāsā vrata-kṣāmā veṇī-bhūta-śiroruhā /
babhāv upa patiṃ śāntā śikhā śāntam ivānalam //
44. Clad in bark, thin by self-denial, with locks of hair become
matted, in perfect serenity she shone by the side of her husband, like the (blue) flame close to the flameless fire (live-charcoal).
