yan na vijñāyate pumbhir nāmabhir vā kriyā-guṇaiḥ //
3. He who is spoken of as the Unknown is the Supreme Lord, friend of the Jiva;— the Unknown is that which is not distinctly known by the Jivas as having names, actions or attributes.
