4.29.34

naikāntataḥ pratīkāraḥ karmaṇāṃ karma kevalam /
dvayaṃ hy avidyopasṛtaṃ svapne svapna ivānagha //

34. Karma itself (one form of Karma) is no final remedy for Karma (actions and their consequences). On the other hand both are but Karma resulting from Avidyā (ignorance)—the remedy and that which is to be remedied, like a dream in a dream.
