4.8.15

taṃ niḥśvasantaṃ sphuritādharoṣṭhaṃ sunītir utsaṅga udūhya bālam /
niśamya tat-paura-mukhān nitāntaṃ sā vivyathe yad gaditaṃ sapatnyā //

15. Sunīti took on to her lap the child that came sighing violently with quivering lips, and (on hearing) from the inmates of the palace what her rival had said, she was sorely distressed.
