rājan kiṃ dhyāyase dīrghaṃ mukhena pariśuṣyatā /
kiṃ vā na riṣyate kāmo dharmo vārthena saṃyutaḥ //

64. Narada said:—“O king, of what are you thinking so long (so deeply) with a withering face? I hope that neither your desire nor righteousness nor wealth is at stake.
