iti devarṣiṇā proktaṃ viśrutya jagatī-patiḥ /
rāja-lakṣmīm anādṛtya putram evānvacintayat //
70. Maitreya said.—On hearing the words thus spoken by the divine sage, the lord of men (earth) became indifferent to his royal fortune and anxiously thought of his son alone.
