dvitīyaṃ ca tathā māsaṃ ṣaṣṭhe ṣaṣṭhe 'rbhako dine /
tṛṇa-parṇādibhiḥ śīrṇaiḥ kṛtānno 'bhyarcayan vibhum //

73. The second month also he spent in worshipping the Supreme Lord, eating every sixth day withered grass, leaves and such other things.
