4.9.27

so 'pi saṅkalpajaṃ viṣṇoḥ pāda-sevopasāditam /
prāpya saṅkalpa-nirvāṇaṃ nātiprīto 'bhyagāt puram //

27. And having attained his wish through his service of the Lord Vishnu's feet, Dhruva too went back to the city where his desired object had to be realised, though he was not very much gratified.
