atha ca tasmād ubhayathāpi hi karmāsminn ātmanaḥ saṃsārāvapanam udāharanti //
23. Consequently then, the wise say, he goes on acquiring Karma which sows the seeds of future Saṃsāra (series of births and deaths) both here and hereafter.
