tad bhagavato māyāmayaṃ rūpaṃ parama-samādhi-yogena ramā devī saṃvatsarasya rātriṣu prajāpater duhitṛbhir upetāhaḥsu ca tad-bhartṛbhir upāste idaṃ codāharati //

17. Along with the goddesses presiding over night and their consorts who preside over the day, Sri Lakshmi contemplates that wonderful form of the glorious Lord during the nights of _Samvatsara_ (the year) in perfect concentration and she says thus—
