eṣa prakṛtisaṅgena puruṣasya viparyayaḥ /
āsīt sa eva na cirādīśasaṅgādvilīyate //
55. This contrary state of the Jiva is due to its association with Prakriti and by virtue of association with (devotion to) the Lord, the same undesirable state vanishes before long.
