vimucya tamimaṃ bandhamavidyākāmakarmajam /
sarvabhūtasuhṛc chānto maitraḥ karuṇa ātmavān //

37. Having cut asunder this bondage (knot), the result of ignorance, desire and the activity (induced by them), I will be the friend of all beings, calm and loving and merciful, and master of my own mind.
