ilāyā bhūruhāḥ sarve yātudhānāśca saurasāḥ //
28. Dandasuka and other serpents, O king, are offspring of Krodhavasa; Ila gave birth to the vegetable kingdom; and all the Yatudhanas (Rakshas) are the descendants of Surasa.
