durgeṣvaṭavyājimukhādiṣu prabhuḥ pāyān nṛsiṃho 'surayūthapāriḥ /
vimuñcato yasya mahāṭṭahāsaṃ diśo vinedurnyapataṃśca garbhāḥ //
14. May the Supreme Lord Narasimha, the foe of Asura hosts, shield me in insuperable dangers and difficulties of the forest, battle-front and the like, at whose tremendous roar all the cardinal points violently echoed and embroys were discharged from wombs.
