yaścittavijaye yattaḥ syān niḥsaṅgo 'parigrahaḥ /
eko viviktaśaraṇo bhikṣurbhaikṣyamitāśanaḥ //
30. He, who is resolved on conquering his mind, should rid himself of all associations and give up all his belongings, should be alone in a secluded place, and live by alms, eating but very little of it.
