/0 śrīmahādeva uvāca
devadeva jagadvyāpin jagadīśa jaganmaya /
sarveṣāmapi bhāvānāṃ tvamātmā heturīśvaraḥ //

4. Sri Mahadeva said:— O God of Gods, Thou dost pervade all the Universes. O Ruler of the Universes, Thou art in the form of the Universe; of all the things Thou art the Atman, (both) the cause and the Ruler.
