niṣṭhāṃ te narake manye hy apradātuḥ pratiśrutam /
pratiśrutasya yo 'nīśaḥ pratipādayituṃ bhavān //

35. On the other hand, if thou should not give what is promised I think thou shouldst find firm footing in hell, and thou art unable to give what is promised.
