Bhagavatapurana 8.2.4

8.2.4

sa cāvanijyamānāṅghriḥ samantāt payaūrmibhiḥ /
karoti śyāmalāṃ bhūmiṃ harinmarakatāśmabhiḥ //

4. On every side its foot is washed by the waves of milk and

so it makes the earth (about it) dark green on account of its glossy rocks of emerald green.
