yathānukīrtayanty etac chreyaskāmā dvijātayaḥ /
śucayaḥ prātarutthāya duḥsvapnādyupaśāntaye //

15. (Therefore) the Brahmanas, who seek after good and who are pure, rise betimes and sing this story with full faith for the prevention of bad dreams and other evils.
