parāvareṣāṃ bhūtānāmātmā yaḥ puruṣaḥ paraḥ /
sa evāsīdidaṃ viśvaṃ kalpānte 'nyan na kiñcana //
8. At the end of the Kalpa this Universe, that very Narayana, was the Perfect Person (who is the Lord of Prakriti) and Atman of all creatures, high and low; and there was nothing else.
