sa yaiḥ spṛṣṭo 'bhidṛṣṭo vā saṃviṣṭo 'nugato 'pi vā /
kosalāste yayuḥ sthānaṃ yatra gacchanti yoginaḥ //

22. All the people of Kosala country by whom he was touched, seen, approached, (well known) or followed, attained to that place to which Yogins attain.
