vidhāyālīkaviśrambhamajñeṣu tyaktasauhṛdāḥ /
navaṃ navamabhīpsantyaḥ puṃścalyaḥ svairavṛttayaḥ //
38. They create false confidence in ignorant persons and set aside (all) friendly feelings; the inconstant women would have every moment a new object of love, and are wayward in their conduct.
