Bhagavatapurana 9.19.24

9.19.24

āsevitaṃ varṣapūgān ṣaḍvargaṃ viṣayeṣu saḥ /
kṣaṇena mumuce nīḍaṃ jātapakṣa iva dvijaḥ //

24. Like a full-fledged bird that leaves the nest, he in a moment cast off the six-fold passion for the wordly objects which he had been pursuing many, many years.
