pṛṣadhrastu manoḥ putro gopālo guruṇā kṛtaḥ /
pālayāmāsa gā yatto rātryāṃ vīrāsanavrataḥ //
3. But Prishadhra (Vrishadhra), the son of Manu, was asked to protect his cows by the preceptor and he tended cows, attentively sitting up in Virasana (posture) during nights.
