tasya sādhorapāpasya bhrūṇasya brahmavādinaḥ /
kathaṃ vadhaṃ yathā babhrormanyate sanmato bhavān //
31. “How dost thou think it right to kill that righteous sinless brahmin versed in the Vedas, (innocent like) a child in the womb, like unto a kapila cow, as esteemed indeed thou art of the righteous?
