tantraṃ sātvatamācaṣṭe naiṣkarmyaṃ karmaṇāṃ yataḥ //
Third, in the creation of sages, having attained the status of a divine sage,
he proclaimed the Sātvata scripture, whence arises actionlessness from actions.
