bālahatyā tvagamanādṛtau ca strī tu sūkari /
agamyā vratakāriṇyo bhraṣṭapānodakakriyāḥ //
By non-approach during the season, the killing of an infant [is incurred]; and the woman becomes a sow. / Forbidden to be approached are women observing vows, and those for whom the offering of water has ceased.
