bāhvośca karayorjānvoḥ pādayoścāpi vinyaset /
padmākārau karau kṛtvā madhye 'ṅguṣṭhaṃ niveśayet //
and on the two arms, two hands, two knees, and also on the two feet, one should place [them]. / Having made both hands into the shape of a lotus, one should place the thumb in the middle.
