bāhuṃ sahasraśirase grīvāṃ sarveśvarāya ca /
mukhaṃ sarvātmane pūjyaṃ lalāṭaṃ prabhavāya ca //

The arm with 'To the thousand-headed one'; the neck with 'To the Lord of all'; / the face is to be worshipped with 'To the Self of all'; and the forehead with 'To the source of existence';
