vāyunā kaṇṭharuddhena pittamantaḥ supīḍitam /
vyavāyitvācca saukhyācca bahirmargaṃ prapadyate /
tena hāridranetratvaṃ sannipātodbhavejvare //
When bile is severely compressed inside by wind blocked in the throat, / then, because of its diffusive and relaxing nature, it takes an outward path; / on account of that, yellowness of the eyes occurs in fever arising from sannipāta.
