śuṣkakarṇāsyakaṇṭhatvaṃ tatrādhovihito 'nilaḥ /
ūrdhvaṃ pravṛttaḥ prāpyo rastasminkaṇṭhe ca saṃsṛjan //

Dryness of the ears, mouth, and throat occurs. There, the wind assigned to the lower parts, / moving upward and reaching the chest, enters into the throat;
