paṭhandvijaśca viṣṇutvaṃ kṣatriyo jayamāpnuyāt /
vaiśyo dhanaṃ sukhaṃ śūdro viṣṇubhaktisamanvitaḥ //
Reciting it with devotion to Viṣṇu, a twice-born achieves the state of Viṣṇu, a kṣatriya attains victory,
a vaiśya gains wealth, and a śūdra happiness.

iti śrīgāruḍe mahāpurāṇe pūrvakhaṇḍe prathamāṃśākhye ācārakāṇḍe śrīviṣṇusahasranāmastotranirūpaṇaṃ nāma pañcadaśo 'dhyāyaḥ
Thus ends the fifteenth chapter, named 'Exposition of the Praise of the Thousand Names of Śrī Viṣṇu,' in the ritual conduct section, designated the first part of the first section in the glorious and great Garuḍapurāṇa.
