marmasu cchidyamāneṣu paridevī niruddhavāk /
ete sidhyeyuravyaktāḥ vyaktāḥ prāṇaharā dhruvam //
as his vital points are severed, he laments with voice suppressed. / These may be cured when not fully manifested; fully manifested, they certainly take life.

iti śrīgāruḍe mahāpurāṇe pūrvakhaṇḍe prathamāṃśākhye ācārakāṇḍe śvāsanidānā nāma pañcāśaduttaraśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ
Thus ends the one hundred and fiftieth chapter, entitled 'Diagnosis of Dyspnea', in the Ācārakāṇḍa of the first part in the glorious Garuḍa Mahāpurāṇa.
