dhūmāyatīva cātyarthamudeti śleṣmalakṣaṇam /
kṛcchrasādhyāḥ kṣayāścātra sarvairalpañca varjayet //
It seems to smoke intensely, and phlegmatic signs arise. / Here, cases of wasting are difficult to cure; and one should reject that which possesses all [symptoms] even if slight.
