sāmaṃ śakṛnnirāmaṃ vā jīrṇaṃ yenātisāryate //
This may occur due to the extinction of the digestive fire caused by extremely accumulated [doshas]. / The condition whereby stool, either sāma or nirāma, is passed repeatedly in an undigested state
