1.16.7
manovirahitaṃ tadvanmanodharṃmavivarjitam /
buddhyā vihīnaṃ deveśaṃ cetasā parivarjitam //
likewise bereft of the mind, free from mental attributes,
the Lord of gods is devoid of intellect, devoid of the thinking faculty,
1.16.8
ahaṅkāravihīnaṃ vai buddhidharṃmavivarjitam /
prāṇena rahitaṃ caiva hyapānena vivarjitam //

vyānākhyavāyuhīnaṃ vai prāṇadharṃmavivarjitam /
hariruvāca /
punaḥ sūryarcanaṃ vakṣye yaduktaṃ bhṛgave purā //

Hari said:
I shall further declare the worship of the Sun, as it was told to Bhṛgu of old.

1.16.14
sakalīkaraṇaṃ kuryādrāyatryā bhāskarasya ca /
dharṃmātmane ca pūrvasminyamā yeti ca dakṣiṇe //

anenāvāhya mantreṇa tataḥ sūryaṃ visarjayet /
oṃ namo bhagavate ādityāya sahasra kiraṇāya gaccha sukhaṃ punarāgamanāyeti //
Having invoked him with this mantra, one should then dismiss the Sun:
"Oṃ, homage to the blessed Āditya of a thousand rays; depart in peace to return again."
