1.16.16

vajrapāṇiṃ ca nairṛtyāṃ bhūrbhuvaḥsvaśca vāyave /
oṃ candrāya nakṣatrādhipataye namaḥ /
oṃ aṅgārakāya kṣitisutāya namaḥ /
oṃ budhāya somasutāya namaḥ /
oṃ vāgīśvarāya sarvavidyādhipataye namaḥ /
oṃ śukrāya maharṣaye bhṛgusutāya namaḥ /
oṃ śanaiścarāya sūryātmajāya namaḥ /
oṃ rāhave namaḥ /
oṃ ketave namaḥ //

and Vajrapāṇi in the southwest, and Bhūrbhuvaḥsvaḥ in the northwest.
"Oṃ, homage to the Moon, the lord of asterisms!"
"Oṃ, homage to Mars, the son of the Earth!"
"Oṃ, homage to Mercury, the son of Soma!"
"Oṃ, homage to the Lord of Speech, the lord of all knowledge!"
"Oṃ, homage to Venus, the great seer, the son of Bhṛgu!"
