mūtrantayorapyanilādbāhye vābhyantare tathā /
vātapūrṇaḥ kharasparśo rūkṣo vātācca dāhakṛt //

in the urine and wind of both, externally or internally; / full of wind, rough to the touch, and dry, and from wind it produces a burning sensation;
