karṣaṇātkaphaviḍghātairmārgasyāvaraṇena vā /
vāyuḥ kṛtāśrayaḥ koṣṭhe raukṣyātkāṭhinyamāgataḥ //

From emaciation, or from suppression of phlegm and feces, or from obstruction of the channels, / wind, finding a seat in the abdomen, becomes hardened through dryness;
