kṛcchraścānyena saṃsṛṣṭo vivṛddhaḥ kṣayahetukaḥ //
Paralysis caused by pure wind is considered the most difficult to cure; / and that combined with another [defect] is difficult, [especially when] aggravated due to tissue depletion.
