kramoṃ gaceṣṭābhaṅgaśca santāpaḥ sahavedanaḥ //
When vyāna is [occluded by pitta], there is pain, drowsiness, loss of voice, and burning sensation everywhere, / fatigue, impaired bodily movement, and fever accompanied by pain.
