stanyābhāve payaśchāgaṃ gavyaṃ vā tadguṇaṃ pivet /
svedanaṃ nāgniśophārte mṛdā syādagnitaptayā //

In the absence of breast milk, [the child] should drink goat's milk or cow's milk with similar qualities. / For one afflicted by fire-swelling, there should be fomentation with fire-heated clay, but not by direct fire.
