ātmānaṃ devarūpaṃ ca karāṅganyāsakaṃ caret /
ātmānaṃ pūjayetpaścājyo tīrūpaṃ hṛdabjataḥ //
One should perform nyāsa of the hands and limbs, [visualising] oneself in divine form; / thereafter one should worship oneself as the form of light from the lotus of the heart.
