harītakī śṛṅgaveraṃ devadāru ca candanam /
kvāthayecchāgadugdhena apāmārgasya mūlakam /
ūrustambhaṃ jayantyā vā saptarātreṇa nāśayet //

One should boil harītakī, ginger, devadāru, and sandalwood, / [and] the root of apāmārga, with goat's milk; / or with jayantī, he cures stiffness of the thighs in seven nights.
