oṃ kṣuṃ(kṣa) namaḥ /
smaretpāśaṃ vāmahaste viṣabhūtādi naśyati /
oṃ hrāṃ (hro) namaḥ /
hareduccāraṇānmantro viṣameghagrahādikān //

"oṃ kṣuṃ [kṣa] namaḥ".
He should meditate on the noose in the left hand; poison, bhūtas, and the like perish.
"oṃ hrāṃ [hro] namaḥ".
By its recitation, the mantra removes poison, clouds, malignant spirits, and the like.
