vraṇe kuṣṭheṣu khañjeṣu triphalākvāthasaṃyutam /
mandāgnau śotharoge ca gavāṃ mūtreṇa yojitam //
In [cases of] ulcer, skin disease, and lameness, [it should be] combined with a decoction of triphalā; / and in sluggish digestion and dropsy, [it should be] combined with cow's urine.
