bhūmiṣṭhāduddhṛtaṃ puṇyaṃ tataḥ prastravaṇodakam //
In the absence of a sacred water-place, however, it should be done with warm water or other waters; / water drawn from the ground is meritorious; more so than that is water from a spring.
