khaṃ mukhe nāsike vāyuṃ netre sūryaṃ śrutī (tīrdi) diśaḥ /
prāṇagranthimatho nābhiṃ brahmāṇaṃ hṛdaye spṛśet //

[gratifying] space in the mouth, wind in the two nostrils, the sun in the two eyes, the quarters in the two ears; / then one should touch the knot of the breath, the navel, and Brahmā at the heart;
