For one who is thus purified by the consecration, the state of Śiva certainly arises.

iti śrīgāruḍe mahāpurāṇe pūrvakhaṇḍe prathamāṃśākhye ācārakāṇḍe śivārcanaprakāro nāma dvāviṃśo 'dhyāyaḥ
