dhyāyedurasi saṃyuktamoṅkāraṃ muktisādhakam /
dhyāyanyadi tyajetprāṇānyāti brahma svasannidhim //
One should meditate in the chest on the syllable Oṃ, united [with the Lord], the accomplisher of liberation.
If, meditating, one gives up the vital breaths, one goes to Brahman, to its own presence.
